Special Meeting/Workshop

3. Personnel Job Description
   Minutes: Dr. Johnson announced that this workshop is to discuss the job description for Chief of Human Resources, which he will bring a recommendation to Board Members at the 2/15/06 Board Meeting.
   
   For the Record: Mrs. Burdick noted that there needs to be a better procedure in place when adding meetings to E-Agenda, as she was unaware of this meeting.
   
   Dr. Robinson stated that she will not support this recommendation and does not feel the entire Personnel Department needs to be revamped.
   
   Dr. Richmond stated the most important function of the Human Resources Department at this time is to find the most qualified people for our classrooms.
   
   For the Record: Dr. Robinson stated that she is not opposed to change or improvement and requested data on the breakdown of other District's legal expenses by department relative to personnel, as well as, what percentage our District spends.
